2. Product Use & Application Disclaimers
Drivio™ Nano Scratch Cloth is engineered exclusively for superficial automotive clear-coat surface scratches, swirl marks, parking scuffs, paint transfers, and light oxidation. Drivio is not designed or marketed to repair deep structural scratches that penetrate past the clear-coat into factory primer, galvanized sheet metal, or composite body panels. Always follow the included manufacturer instructions and perform a small test spot on an inconspicuous panel area before full application.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H)
Qualifying orders are backed by an official 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less shipping & handling). If you are dissatisfied with product performance, you must notify customer support at support@drivionano.org within 30 days of parcel delivery to obtain return merchandise authorization (RMA) instructions. Customers are responsible for return postal carriage.
4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Tracking
Orders are routed to authorized regional fulfillment facilities. Order tracking is provided at dispatch via email notification once your parcel is scanned into carrier custody. While fulfillment teams process packages promptly, transit times may vary based on carrier routing, customs inspections, and regional weather delays.
